People nowadays won't pick up your album unless there's some incentive to buying.
I actually had a similar idea like this for my future projects.
If a guy like Jay-Z would run with an idea like this, dude would sell an enormous amount.
this is one this geoff barrow was eluding to in his blog, merely making an album isn't enough now-a-days. you need to have something more.
i know vinyl culture is in somewhat of a downslope but this limited edition collecto0rs set is the kind of thing that will get the collectors out and buying.
hell, collectors like me will probably put down on two copies of this joint. the usb P is the freshest idea i've seen in a minute. that right there is an innovative and forward thinking response to a changing industry.
