If you slept on the first Short Hair Stories last week, have at it. Scratch comes back as promised with the second installment. If I had a dollar for every time I heard the statement above from someone about my long hair, well... let's just say I probably wouldn't feel the increase in gas prices. I can definitely relate, several times over.
I won't steal homey's thunder, but here's two short excerpts that resonate with me:
In a word or two, someone suggested I cut my hair short to look more professional. And while I understand the sentiment, and the way corporate culture operates, there are times when I just want to let my hair grow.
